Here are 6 reasons why every business should use an outsourcing website…

Many business owners like to have full control over every aspect of their business. But it’s a very counter-productive attitude to take.

Here are 6 reasons why every business should use an outsourcing website…

1. They’re free to use

Outsourcing sites like are completely free to use, meaning you can advertise the job you want doing to the entire world at absolutely no cost. There are paid options to boost your project’s visibility, but there is no charge for posting a basic job.

2. You will always get bids

There are hundreds, even thousands of available contractors for every job you post. Whether they’re copywriters, web designers or video creation experts, these people have signed up to these sites because it’s a great way for them to get work. As a result, whatever job you post, you’ll get bids!

3. You can easily determine ability and experience

All of the outsourcing websites have a scoring and review system where previous clients can rate the contractors’ work for the benefit of others. This is an excellent resource when trying to decide who to hire for your project. If a contractor has regularly scored top marks, then you know they’re reliable and will do a good job for you.

4. There’s very little risk

Because the freelance site acts as a middleman, you place your payment in Escrow, before releasing it to the contractor. This gives you full control over when the money is paid. Basically, you don’t need to release payment until you’re happy.

5. You can ask the applicant questions before deciding

After the contractors bid on your job, you can create a shortlist of candidates based on their previous feedback and scores. You can then ask questions through the outsourcing site’s messaging system to clarify what you expect from them, and you can also ask them to provide samples of their previous work if it’s not already available in their portfolio.

6. You can set the budget

You’re free to set the price range for your project, and people can then bid accordingly. If you only want to spend $500, for example, then you can stipulate that. However, be aware that the less you’re prepared to pay, the lower the quality you’ll receive.
