Returns & Refunds Policy

At Donny Utton Music & Books, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Digital Products (eBooks, Music Downloads, Courses)

  • Due to the nature of digital items, all digital sales are final once the download or access link has been delivered.
  • We do not refund digital products.
  • If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us at hello@donnyutton.com and we’ll make sure you get working access.

Physical Products (Books, CDs, Merch)

  • You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • To start a return, email hello@donnyutton.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide the return address and instructions.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or misprinted.
  • If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at hello@donnyutton.com.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returns, unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
